I wish our schools would still wait to go back after labor day like we used to but it seems to be going earlier and earlier every year. School starts back for us next week. Little B has been counting days for back to school since July. I’m so glad that he likes going to school. He obviously took after me there ha ha. I loved school. Daddy B not so much.

Just this year, 4 days ago, it was my daughters new Niki shoes. Its really the only brand I buy for her since the brand fits her the best and she plays sports and she likes the styles they come out with. She now wears an adult size and with that comes the adult pice.

For me: like the other posts, the t1 calculator I needed for college, but didn’t even hardly use for that math class. That was an ouch. Oh, and the computer I needed for college. I lived too far away from campus to use their labs all the time, and my electric typewriter died. That is right, I started college with an electric typewriter, and it wasn’t that long ago either! lol
For my girls: we have been very lucky, state law mandates that the schools supply all classroom supplies, but we can help buy if we would like, so everything is optional. Clothes and shoes would be the most expensive. And shoes don’t last! They either outgrow them in 2 weeks or they fall apart!
