Hope the yorkie

Meet Hope the yorkie pup. She is my Mom’s new companion. After we lost my step dad to cancer last summer she had a more free spirited, hyper dog but ended up having to give her back. Now she has Hope (named after hope for a cure for cancer). We had just picked her up from Petco where she got her beauty treatment when I took this photo. Mom said she looked pitiful when she got her. I was wondering who was really helping who when it comes to my Mom and Hope. It sounded like Hope wasn’t very well taken care of and Ma has no one at home now. I’m glad they found each other.
