Load your 2012 taxes on to a Visa prepaid card & you could win Visa gift cards or groceries

I’ve been thinking about my 2012 taxes since December. I sat wondering one day did I keep all the receipts, emails and paperwork from 2012 that I need for my blog come tax time. I sure hope I have everything in order come filing time. How do you get your tax refund? Do you get a paper check sent to you? Do you use direct deposit? Did you know you can get your tax return on a Visa prepaid card and have a chance at winning free groceries for a family for ONE year (valued at $12,000)?

When you load your 2012 federal income tax refund onto a participating, eligible Visa Prepaid card between January 1 and April 15, 2013 you will be entered for a chance to win groceries for your family, valued at $12,000! Then, when you use your Visa prepaid card to make purchases or even pay bills online you will also receive an entry for a chance to win one of ten (10) $150 Visa gift cards given away weekly.

So why choose to get your federal income tax refund on a Visa prepaid card?

· No gas burned to go to the bank to cash your check.

· You can receive your refund quicker.

· If you lose or have your card stolen, it can be replaced.

· It’s safe and convenient to use online, in store or over the phone.

I certainly could find ways to spend an extra $150 Visa gift card and even though I am a frugal grocery shopper that $12,000 in free groceries could help out a lot. So why not choose the Visa prepaid card for your tax return? Wondering how easy it is to activate and load a Visa prepaid card? Check out the videos below to see how it is done.

  1. Thanks a great idea! Thanks for the post.

  2. Very interesting. I never thought to get our tax return on a Visa card. That’s a great option to have!

  3. Sounds like a great idea but I might spend it on things we aren’t supposed to. We’ll stick with direct deposit this year. Maybe next year we’ll take this route and do something fun like a trip or a cruise!

  4. This is a great way to get your taxes early without having to pay a huge fee.

  5. I’ve been getting my tax returns through direct deposit for years. It’s helped me pay off bills or deposit it directly into my savings account.
